Buying a Working Vintage Typewriter in Australia

We have been selling excellent restored working typewriters to Aussies across the country for over 8 years now. Hundreds of our superb vintage and antique typewrites have found new homes in all states of Australia. Some have even been air dropped across the ditch to the land of the long white cloud.

We have been very fortunate to work with some very talented typewriter technicians in Sydney over the years and still recommend and work with this talented group of engineers.

Some of you may have visited our Charlie Foxtrot stand at the Finders Keepers fairs in Melbourne and Sydney in the early years. We also enjoyed many years at the Canberra Old Bus Depot market and Kirribilli market where many of you would have experienced the joy of typing on a manual typewriter.

We made a decision to expand our business in 2017 and moved our workshop to the UK so we could continue to find and restore vintage typewriters for all our Australian customers.

We ship every week to Australia ( shipping cost included in our typewriter prices ) from our workrooms here in Dorset England. We continue to look after you with our excellent, safe and efficient freight deliveries and we offer an extensive range of classic and coloured typewriter ribbons which are sent via Australia post by our NSW ribbon distributor.
