A shiny green coloured enamel Everest Mod 90 typewriter in full working order made in Italy in 1951. Everest was the main competitor to Olivetti in Italy at the time before eventually being taken over by Olivetti. It has the lovely Everest logo on the right side of the carriage and the Mod 90 logo at the front.
This typewriter has been professionally cleaned, serviced, adjusted and tested. It is in full working order and fitted with a new top quality American made Universal black ribbon so it's ready for you to start typing.
We can supply Universal typewriter ribbons when required from $16.95 each including postage. You would then rewind the new ribbon onto the existing metal spools.
This Mod 90 is in a good condition for it's age and has a rarer green enamel finish to the metal body. There are a few very small marks and signs of wear mainly on the left hand side of the ribbon cover. There is also some age related wear to a couple of the keys. This one has the slightly larger pica sized type face with 10 letters to the inch.
It comes with it's original black coloured carry case which is in a fully functional condition. It has some signs of wear on both the inside and the outside. The closure and handle both work well.
The typewriter measures 32 cm by 30 cm by 13 cm high. We include a photocopy of an original Everest Mod 90 manual.
