A fabulous light grey coloured Olivetti Roma typewriter with red side detail trim and darker grey coloured keys and carriage knobs. This one was made in Brazil in the 1970's and bears a large likeness to Olympia Traveller typewriters . It has the standard "elite" sized type so gives you 12 letters to the inch.
This typewriter has been professionally cleaned, serviced , adjusted and tested. It is in full working order and fitted with a new Group 4 ribbon so its all ready for you to start typing on.
We also include a photo copy of an original Olivetti product leaflet .
We can supply Group 4 typewriter ribbons when required at $12.50 each including postage. Available in plain black, red/black, blue and purple. A ribbon will last you a long time and to give you an idea , in an office environment with someone using a typewriter professionally a ribbon would last them around 3 months.
There are a couple of very small marks to the metal casing and some signs of wear to the red hard plastic trim , but generally it is in a very good condition . It measures 30 cms by 30 cms by 8.5 cms high so is a nice compact portable model . It has a matching light grey coloured plastic case with red handle that opens and closes and is in a good condition with just some very minor marks . This fits on the top of the typewriter and clips into place .
All in all this is a very nice Olivetti Roma typewriter in a good condition and with a new ribbon fitted is all ready for you to start typing on.
