Brother Deluxe 240

A very nice Brother Deluxe 240 typewriter in a lovely mid blue colour with black keys, a red tab key and black carriage knobs and trim. Made in Japan sometime in the 1970's this typewriter is in full working order and in nice overall condition with only a few very minor marks to the metal body, mainly on the underneath and some very minor wear to a few of the keys. It has the Brother logo on the front left and measures 30 cm x 28 cm x 8 cm and has the slightly larger "pica" sized typeface giving you 10 letters to the inch.

This typewriter has been professionally cleaned, serviced, adjusted and tested. It is in full working order and is fitted with a new top quality American made Group 9 TW1 ribbon so its all ready for you to start typing on.

We can supply Group 9 TW1 typewriter ribbons from $13.90 each including postage. Available in plain black, red/black and a range of other colours options on universal spools.

It comes with a black hard plastic case with handle which is also in a good condition with just a few small marks on the inside and outside. The clips and handle all work well. 

This is a good portable typewriter in a very collectable colour, which types well and is a nice small compact size. We include a copy of a Brother typewriter manual.
