Lovely portable Silver Reed typewriter in full working order in a great retro orange colour with black keys and black trim. This one was made in Japan in the 1970's by Silver Seiko and types well. It has the standard elite sized type face giving you 12 letters to the inch.
This typewriter has been professionally cleaned, serviced, adjusted and tested. It is in full working order and is fitted with a new top quality American made Group 9 ribbon so its all ready for you to start typing on.
We can supply Group 9 typewriter ribbons from $13.90 each including postage. Available in plain black, red/black and a range of Universal ribbons in other colour options.
The typewriter types well and is in a very good general condition with just a few small marks to the paintwork on the metal body, mainly on the underneath. It comes with a black plastic case which fits on over the top of the typewriter. It's in a good functional condition with just some minor marks and scratches. The handle and clips work well. There is one small crack at the front left corner which has been successfully repaired.
We also include a photo copy of an original instruction booklet.
This Silver Reed 150 measures 28 cm x 30 cm and is 8 cm high. This is a nice retro working typewriter in a very collectable colour and is already to just take out of the box and start typing on.
