This Adler Gabriele 25 typewriter was made sometime in the late 60s or 1970's in West Germany and were extremely well engineered machines .This one is in a good working order, types very well and is in a nice condition with only a few very minor marks to the body , mainly on the carriage .It's in a light creme colour with dark creme coloured keys. There is the Adler logo on the front and the Gabriele 25 logo on the carriage . It has the standard Adler " elite " sized type giving you 11 letters to the inch and this one has the slightly rarer cubic font and a couple of accented keys .
This typewriter has been professionally cleaned ,serviced, adjusted and tested . It is in full working order and is fitted with a new Group 1 ribbon so its all ready for you to start typing on .
We can supply Group 1 typewriter ribbons at $12.50 each including postage. Available in plain black, red/black, blue and purple. A ribbon will last you a long time and to give you an idea , in an office environment with someone using a typewriter professionally a ribbon would last them around 3 months .
The typewriter measures 30 cms across by 34 cms deep by 12 cms high . It comes with its original hard plastic case which is also in a good condition with just a few marks and signs of wear . The clasps to close and the handle both work well.
