Shipping

For all our typewriters, we use double walled cardboard boxes with plenty of shredded cardboard tightly packed around them so they do not move in transit. As a business we aim to be as sustainably conscious as we can, therefore our packaging (internal & external) uses 95% biodegradable materials to ensure these resources can be used afterwards as mulch in your garden or animal bedding for example or at least reused/ eco-degradable in some format.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA 

Typewriter Ribbons

We aim to ship your order within 24 hours, however at peak times such as Christmas this may take longer for us to prepare your order. We ship from our Northern NSW distribution address and delivery to East Coast metropolitan addresses is estimated between 2-6 working days with it taking a little longer to get it to you if you reside in WA, Tasmania, SA or North QLD. We use Australia Post and all shipping within Australia is free. There are no additional fees and the price you see on our items is the total price you pay. Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email confirmation with shipping details & confirmation the order is on it's way.

Typewriters 

All our typewriters are shipped from our workshop studio in England and are sent via UPS tracked courier service. We have great experience in shipping typewriters all over the world and use sturdy double walled cardboard boxes and plenty of eco bubblewrap and shredded cardboard. We aim to ship within 24 hours and for you to receive your order within 5-8 working days.There are no additional fees for shipping and the price you see on our items is the total price you pay. Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email confirmation with shipping details. Please kindly note, we cannot send to PO Post Office Boxes or Parcel Locker numbers.

SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND

We ship typewriter ribbons to New Zealand from our New South Wales distributor address. There is an additional postage charge of AUS $15.95 per order which is added at the checkout. We aim to post your order within 24 hours, although this can be longer during peak times such as Christmas. We ship via Australia Post and you should allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. We have found that NZ post is very slow and we could speed the whole process up if we sent our ribbon orders via Express Post, however this service  costs  AUS $29.50 making it unviable for our customers.
